Seija is a founding member and Managing Director of Cuvelai Capital, where she leads the development and execution of high-impact investment strategies across the agriculture, infrastructure, and energy sectors. With a multidisciplinary background in finance, strategy, and business psychology, she specialises in devising solutions that strengthen market position and operational efficiency. Her approach integrates strategic analyses with behavioural insights to ensure that investments are both financially sound and aligned with community and stakeholder needs.

Her expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning spans both private financial services and local government sectors. Juliana's strong leadership and comprehensive understanding of financial systems drive Cuvelai Capital's mission of fostering economic resilience and sustainable growth in Namibia. Her unique combination of international credentials and local market insight makes her an invaluable strategic partner for transformative investment initiatives.

She previously served on the boards of Otesa Energy and Rosh Pinah Solar Park, the first power plant to operate under the Modified Single Buyer Framework.
